4. How to buy in the online store - detailed instructions

5. Prices:

5.1 The prices on the website given in Polish zlotys are gross prices, including VAT.

5.2 The price of the goods does not include the cost of delivery, the amount of which depends on the chosen one

5.3 The price given on the website at the time of placing the order is the final price binding the Customer. After

placing the order, the price of the goods ordered will not change, regardless of those entered by

Lauve Jewelry changes prices or started promotional or sale campaigns.

5.4 Lauve Jewelry reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the online store,

introducing new goods for sale, carrying out and canceling promotional campaigns on

store pages, or making changes to them in accordance with the standards of the Civil Code and others

legal regulations.

6. Availability of ordered goods

6.1 All goods sold in the online store are available goods.

6.2 In exceptional situations, e.g. when placing an order for the same product at the same time

by many customers, it may happen that the goods will not be available. In this situation, the customer will remain

informed about the inability to complete the order.

6.3 In the product card, information about the full range of sizes - sizes is made available to customers

sizes available in color. Product in unavailable size cannot be added to the basket.

7. Inability to complete the order

In the absence of a given product in the warehouse or inability to process the order from another

reason, the customer will be informed by e-mail or phone about implementation problems

8. Method of delivery and delivery time

8.1. Deliveries of goods are carried out worldwide

8.2 In the case of a parcel paid on delivery, the order shall be forwarded for execution

immediately after its submission. In the case of online payment, the order is transferred to

implementation after confirmation of receipt of payment on the Lauve Jewelry account (via the website

Shoplo).

8.3 If the selected product is available and the Customer has chosen to deliver to the indicated address, the product will remain

sent to the customer within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of the correct order.

8.4 NOTE: If you choose as the form of payment, online payment through the website

Shoplo (transfer or payment by payment card) order processing begins after 100% receipt

payment for the order to the account of the online store or intermediaries, from this too

the moment you should count the date within which the goods will be forwarded to the courier.

8.5. Orders are delivered by courier - the estimated delivery time is one day

working day from the day after posting. The total deadline for the contract should not be

exceed 10 business days from the date of the correct order.

9. Payment methods for the order

9.1 Cash on delivery: payment is made to the courier on receipt of the courier parcel.

9.2. Transfer: transfers that are accepted by Lauve Jewelry are called quick payments

10. Sales contract

offers to conclude a contract in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.

11. Performance of the contract - deadline

Depending on the type of delivery option chosen by the Customer, Lauve Jewelry undertakes to

handing over the goods to the courier within 7 working days from the correct placing of the order or, in

12. Delivery cost

13. Withdrawal from the contract.13.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the product within 14 days, without giving any

cause.

13.2 The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer entered

possession of things or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer entered into

possessing things.

13.6 The reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods as have been

14. Complaints

14.1 The subject of sale are new products, without defects. In the case of product defects

14.2 Any item purchased from the Lauve Jewelry online store may be advertised in accordance with

applicable provisions of the Civil Code regarding warranty, if within two years of it

14.3 Lauve Jewelry will consider the complaint within 14 days and inform the Customer about the method of its complaint
